Installation precautions:
1. The extension length of the blade tip should be moderate and should not be too long or too short. If it is too long, it will reduce the strength of the tool holder, and if it is too short, it may cause interference.
2. The installation of the cutting tool should be stable and not too tight. Long term tightening installation may damage the threads on the tool holder.
3. When installing tools, the selection of tool positions should be combined with the machining process, and the order of tools should be reasonably arranged according to the process to reduce the time required for tool replacement.
4. It is necessary to eliminate interference between different tool positions one by one.
